Draftkings Sports & Social Thursday Venue will Launch in Troy
According to the sportsbook, this club will be the first of several that cater to elite customers. This week in Michigan will mark the first grand opening of DraftKings’ new website, which aims to draw in more upscale users.
The first DraftKings Sports & Social Thursday will debut in the elite shopping center Troy's Somerset Collection, which also has Nieman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Even though DraftKings operates physical sportsbooks in Michigan and other states like Illinois and Mississippi, Thursday's upscale debut will be a first of its sort because of the operator's collaboration with Live! Hospitality & Entertainment.
According to the COO of Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, Scott Steenrod, "our main objective with DraftKings Sports & Social is to 'raise the sports bar' and establish the new standard for eating and sports entertainment. We are able to develop an iconic entertainment and eating location where sports entertainment and sports betting will blend to give an outstanding experience thanks to our strategic partnership with DraftKings, a market leader in sports betting. We encourage the public to visit the location throughout the NFL and college football seasons.”
Food, Drinks, Entertainment, and Sports Are on the Menu
On game days, the 10,400 square-foot venue, which features a 32-foot LED media wall, will include emcees and DJs, live fan cams, tournaments, games, and industry-leading audio and visual displays. Visitors can use mobile devices to place bets.
The meal is referred to as an "elevated gastropub" and is available for lunch and dinner seven days a week in addition to brunch on the weekends. Along with Crush cocktails, a variety of beers, and wines, the signature menu will feature upscale renditions of game-day classics, including hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, nachos, and wings.
The eateries serve delicious breakfast skillets, avocado toast, and Chicken & Bliss for weekend brunch. It will feature a personal DraftKings Lounge for exclusive events and gatherings, and on lovely days, a terrace will allow dogs. Some entertainment possibilities include skee-ball, basketball, Beirut, foosball, shuffle-puck, and arcade games.
In the upcoming months, DraftKings said it would reveal more Sports & Social events locations at well-known entertainment destinations, casino resorts, and professional sports venues. The design and development company ICRAVE is making these.
