Brand New Agreement Between Tipico & AEG Presents
AEG Presents and Tipico have entered into an all-new partnership this week. The deal is set to span a couple of years, allowing Tipico to become an exclusive sportsbook sponsor for AEG Presents venues across Ohio and other states.
Tipico is a sports betting company that currently hosts online betting in Colorado and New Jersey. However, their new agreement will see them moving into new states and land-based venues operated by AEG Presents.
This partnership is the first between Tipico and AEG Presents. It’s also the first time the AEG Presents team has collaborated with the sportsbook industry.
Andrew Klein, the AEG Partnerships Managing Director, stated, “We are very pleased to welcome Tipico as our new sponsor in the sportsbook category at our event venues in Ohio.”
He also commented, “We look forward to bringing more unparalleled live music and entertainment experiences alongside unique on-site perks to the residents we both serve across the Ohio region.”
Tipico’s current HQ is located in Hoboken, NJ. This team provides odds for the USA Today Network, which is Gannett’s iGaming provider.
The new partnership’s first move is to launch a ticket giveaway. This deal will provide $10,000 worth of tickets for upcoming events and concerts across selected Ohio venues during December.
Adrian Vella, Tipico’s North America CEO, added: “Our research revealed that our customers are nearly as passionate about attending concerts and festivals as they are about viewing and betting on their favorite sports.”
“Our new customers can enjoy exclusive extras at venues such as KEMBA Live! and Agora Theatre.”
But that’s not all for Tipico. The provider will also become a presenting partner of the Best Bet Concert Series. An event that takes place each year at AEG Presents venues.
